Advocacy in Early Childhood: The Expulsion Dilemma

Early childhood program expulsions are rising, with African American children twice as likely to be expelled from preschool as White children. This trend has long-term, negative impacts on children, families, and communities. We'll critically examine the problem of preschool expulsions as a case study for various methods of advocacy and empower educators to plan for positive change.
