This session is for anyone interested in dreaming big and continuously improving in the field of childhood care and education. The interactive session will provide a walk-through of ORO features, highlight updated Oregon Registry materials, and then provide an opportunity for each participant to be creative with individualized goals on their own Professional Development Plan.
