An Introduction to the NAEYC Code of Ethical Conduct
To help adult educators gain a greater understanding of professional ethics and increase their skills in applying the NAEYC Code of Ethical Conduct. Childcare professionals will use reflective activities and interactive activities to understand the difference between personal values, morality, and professional ethics. Participants will become familiar with the NAEYC Code of Ethical Conduct that can help them address the ethical issues that occur in work with young children and their families. Participants will use a professional action plan to become aware of how the NAEYC Code of Ethical Conduct can be used to address ethical dilemmas.
