Participants will lean about available resources and incentives for improving quality in their programs. We will explore the 'why' of improving quality in early childhood programs. Providers will have the opportunity to connect their program philosophy with specific quality improvement activities and review the planning tools available to them for mapping their journey (QIP, Self Eval.) This session will culminate in providers identifying shared goals and next steps to meet as a cohort in the coming months and planning action steps for support from their QIS to occur during in person support visits.
