Nutritional Guidelines for Children

This class will look at practical ways to meet the USDA guidelines and the Oregon State rules for nutrition and serving meals and snacks in daycare settings. A review of the guidelines and rules will be followed by strategies to meet these expectations. Participants will discuss ways to organize meal planning and tips for sourcing and preparing meals and snacks. Age Group: all Ages
