By establishing respectful communication and building relationships with family and
community members, we construct pathways of success for our children. But how can we do it? This
training will give you a set of tools called Restorative Practices, which are being used in more
families, workplaces, child care and schools. You’ll also gain some additional activities that will
help identify family stress factors and give support. This introduction to basic principles of
partnerships with families and community systems from various cultures can build a strong
community bond of respect and caring together.
