Participants will examine the Pre-K CLASS Domain of Behavior Management, reflecting on their practice with interactions and building skills, insights, and strategies of effective Behavior Management interactions. Behavior Management describes how teachers manage behavior to prevent misbehavior and reinforce positive behaviors. It works best when teachers are proactive, monitoring for and anticipating any problems and redirecting minor misbehaviors.
