Emergency Preparedness For Early Learning Professionals

Be prepared to launch your emergency procedures in a real emergency! This training is for those programs that already have emergency procedures in place. We will examine the emergency preparedness standards for center-based and in-home early learning environments. Explore your programs’ safety strategies for emergency/ disaster procedures and make use of new materials to incorporate into your monthly emergency drills. Examine specific examples of real disasters and the psychological effects. Bring your emergency/disaster plan with you to this class.
