Get vaccinated! A workshop covering school and childcare immunization requirements and reporting

This class will cover Oregon school and childcare immunization requirements, how to tell if a record is up-to-date and how to fill out the report forms. We will review materials related to the process and discuss a recommended timeline for providers to follow. We will explore helpful tools in assessing records including the Alert IIS statewide immunization registry. Bring your school or childcare immunization records and we will help you assess them!

    Step 1: Go to https://events.clackesd.org. Login or create a new account.
    Step 2: From your my account page click Browse Courses.
    Step 3: Click Workshops & Trainings, then click CCR&R
    Step 4: You can search by ID number or title. Add all desired courses to your cart.
    Step 5: Click on your cart and then click checkout.
    Step 6: Proceed through checkout process with a credit card. Your account will show classes you have registered for or completed and receipts. To cancel a class click on it under courses and choose cancel as the action. You will receive email confirmations for each action.
