This course is a brief introduction to the NEAR science of trauma-informed care (neurobiology of trauma, epigenetics, ACEs and resilience). Participants will learn this foundational knowledge about the impact of trauma on lifelong health and the power of resilience and recovery when we use trauma-informed approaches with staff and clients.
