Examine the factors that place children at risk and explore ways to nurture resilience

Examine the factors that place a student at risk, with the goal of identifying the most beneficial strategies for pulling students through difficulties. Explore the Adverse Childhood Experiences study and the impact of early trauma on brain development. Emphasis will be on ways to identify and nurture individual skills and traits to build resilience in young children.
