能夠改變大腦的進階正念技巧 (Advanced Mindfulness Techniques That Change the Brain)
改善專注力、減輕焦慮並終結不良習慣 (Improve Focus, Reduce Anxiety & End Toxic Habits)

You will learn the newest research about the neuroscience of mindfulness, in addition to a deeper understanding of how mindfulness works for the brain. You will be able to utilize mindfulness interventions with your kids to improve focus and to overcome anxiety, depression and toxic lifestyle habits.
This class is different because it will help you to meet your kids where they are at, as you deepen and broaden your own mindfulness practice during the day. Research has shown how mindfulness creates new brain pathways—and lasting change from the inside out. This workshop will get you thinking in new ways about how to utilize mindfulness when working with your kids.
