The Impact of Microaggressions in the Workplace

Workplace bullying takes many forms. A common way bullying shows up for women, people of color, people with disabilities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and other workers are in the form of ‘microaggressions’. In this introductory session we will explore the impact of microaggressions, learn to identify them, and learn strategies to assist people who are targets of this bullying behavior to build a more inclusive work environment.
