Early Childhood CARES: Supporting Children's Self-Regulation using Books, Activities, and Creating Calm Spaces

Do you want to know what you can to do help children develop skills to cope with strong feelings, focus their attention, and control impulses? If so, this workshop will provide you with developmental information, current resources from the literature, and tools that will promote children’s social, emotional, and behavioral success in your classroom. Come learn what children need you to know about supporting their self-regulation.
