Becoming a trainer is a commitment to yourself, your fellow trainers, and to the field. You will be held to a higher standard as an expert in your field of knowledge. In this workshop, you will explore the purpose and goals of training. You will examine the roles that trainers fill. You will reflect on your readiness to take on the challenges of being an effective trainer.
