Resiliency is the ability to rebound from adversity. It is to have the mental skills and resources that increase the probabilities of success when confronted difficulties. This training will allow parents and caregivers to learn basic steps on how to help your children to bounce back from the stressful life events they might encounter. Parents and/or caregivers will learn in a nurturing way, concepts, guidelines and recommendations that eventually will help children develop resiliency while improving your communication with them.
