This professional development series focuses on preparing new supervisors for understanding the role of a supervisor and how to effectively supervise other staff. Participants will explore the role of the supervisor, examine behavior and coaching techniques, practice setting clear performance expectations, effective communication skills along with motivation and teamwork.

This training series is a blended course, so participants will attend training sessions and also be required to complete online training modules in between each session.

Saturdays, 9 am-12 pm

Participants must attend all training sessions to
receive the 20 hour certificate.

Cost: $120. Special discounted rate. Pay $60 to register and reserve your spot or pay in full.
