Explore Interactive Strategies in Multiple Domains to Support Literacy in Primary Curricula

Participants will actively engage in literacy activities that support the growth and development of primary aged students. The journey of reading looks different for everyone; fill your toolbelt with approaches that support all learning styles. Strategies to promote curiosity and empathy, nurture social and emotional skills, and support rigorous academic readiness will be explored, including assessment tools to individualize instruction.

Optional SOU credit (1 credit of ED 207/399) for separate & additional $55 check payment on day of attendance (sorry no cash can be accepted at this time) and completion of short follow-up assignment.
