For many, program evaluation is a confusing and complicated process. Who do you involve? How should you do it? What should you measure? Join this session and explore the steps of program evaluation. We will evaluate strategies for engaging stakeholders and select methods of collecting data that work best for your program. Finally we will explore ways to analyze, interpret and present evaluation data. Leave this session with a clear plan on why you should evaluate and how you can best accomplish your evaluation goals.
