Early Childhood CARES: Exploring Diversity through Emergent Curriculum
Have you ever had a child make a comment in the classroom that you did not know how to respond to? Come discuss and explore ways to teach tolerance and learn creative ways to celebrate diversity in the classroom. By the end of the training you can expect to walk away with:
• Ideas to teach tolerance and celebrate difference
• How to respond to children and parents
• How to adapt your existing curriculum so that all children and families feel safe and welcome!
