Supporting Children with Autism and Other Developmental Delays in Early Childhood Education Settings

This training opportunity will provide early childhood educators with a greater understanding of working with children with autism spectrum disorders. Topics discussed will include learning characteristics, behavioral strategies, and simple activities to encourage social and language skill development. This workshop will provide specific examples of evidence-based practices that can be used immediately in an early education setting. This no cost training is provided by OrPATS.
Class time includes a 1-hour break for lunch. See special location.
