Using the Code of Ethics in Your Child Care Program

Working with children, families, and communities can present difficult challenges based on ethics and values. The NAEYC Code of Ethical Conduct offers guidelines for responsible behavior and sets forth a common basis for resolving the principal ethical dilemmas encountered in early childhood care and education. In this session, participates will learn and understand the basics of professional ethical conduct. We will practice how to apply the code to your relationships within your work and community settings.
