How to Manage Stress and Avoid Burnout
Anyone working with children knows that it can be quite stressful and demanding at times. In this session, we will learn why self-care is crucial to avoid burnout, learn to identify sources of stress and signs of stress, and brainstorm ways we can best care for ourselves so we can then best serve the children we care for. There will be time to practice self-care and pampering ourselves during this session.
