Construct a deeper understanding of how children learn and what teaching styles support learning. Review developmentally appropriate practices that support learning. Finally, apply your new knowledge by designing an Area of Study/Theme unit that you can integrate into your Learning Centers.

    It is your responsibility to verify that the training sessions you select will meet your licensing or professional development needs.

Training will be held over two sessions each two hours. The first is 1/24, the second will occur on 2/12. Participants must attend both sessions for credit.

  • All class participants paying with credit card must register online at our new secure system. Please follow the steps below to register. *Please note if you need to register with cash or check you will need to do so in person during business hour.     Step 1: Go to https://events.clackesd.org. Login or create a new account.
    Step 2: From your my account page click Browse Courses.
    Step 3: Click Workshops & Trainings, then click CCR&R
    Step 4: You can search by ID number or title. Add all desired courses to your cart.
    Step 5: Click on your cart and then click checkout.
    Step 6: Proceed through checkout process with a credit card. Your account will show classes you have registered for or completed and receipts. To cancel a class click on it under courses and choose cancel as the action. You will receive email confirmations for each action.
