Examine and Eliminate Workplace Aggression

In this workshop, we explore the four types of workplaces violence and examine the elements of harassment and bullying in the workspace. Examine samples of policies appropriate for use in an employee handbook. Apply appropriate employee performance standards and develop a plan for growth and support.

    Step 1: Go to https://events.clackesd.org. Login or create a new account.
    Step 2: From your my account page click Browse Courses.
    Step 3: Click Workshops & Trainings, then click CCR&R
    Step 4: You can search by ID number or title. Add all desired courses to your cart.
    Step 5: Click on your cart and then click checkout.
    Step 6: Proceed through checkout process with a credit card. Your account will show classes you have registered for or completed and receipts. To cancel a class click on it under courses and choose cancel as the action. You will receive email confirmations for each action.
