In this session we will explore ways to support skills that children and youth need to grow and succeed in a global society. We will examine your personal afterschool community and strategies for supporting staff on issues related to equity and diversity. Come prepared to share your ideas, program activities and ways that you can develop a program environment that reflects the communities you serve.
