Helping Your Teachers Grow, Not Go
Quality teachers are hard to find, so holding on to the good ones is a MUST! In this class, participants will learn best practices in hiring, training, and retaining teachers and staff. We will examine the role directors and owners have in staff turnover, and how your demeanor, communication style, relationship skills, and organizational abilities impacts employee morale. Additionally, we will review the importance of competitive wages and benefits, strong policies and procedures, employee self-care, and a healthy work/life balance.
