Participants will define professionalism and what it means to them. Does the group share an understanding of the term? Participants will learn how to break gossip and negative cycle, develop awareness of how cell phone usage, choice of clothing & grooming can impact how others perceive us. We will also identify areas of professional communication that can break down and impact our relations with others.
