This workshop will examine the use of various forms of technology, from television to tablets, in early childhood programs, how the use of screens impact learning and development, and assist programs in developing and implementing developmentally appropriate practices for screen use.

ORAEYC 每年的秋季研討會均會以英文和西班牙文提供訓練。今年，由穆鲁瑪郡 CCR&R 所主辦的年度研討會將首次以越南文和粵語提供 6 小時的幼兒教學訓練。
ORAEYC 秋季研討會將從上午 8:00 開始，提供早餐且需要報到。專題演講人將於 8:45 發表演講，而早晨課程將在演講結束後開始。早餐和午餐將包含在參加研討會的費用當中。在午餐時間，將會有攤位販售玩具、書籍以及與幼兒教育相關的其他教材。下午課程將從 1:00 開始。研討會將在傍晚的 4:00 結束。參與者將會就專題演講以及其所參加的每堂課程獲得一份證書。研討會的費用將為 $100.00。
