Grounding, Centering, Mindfulness and Yoga Practices to Use With Children

This training will examine practices that integrate yoga, grounding, centering and mindfulness in early learning classrooms. We will explore how these practices can help support trauma informed classrooms and lessen behavioral challenges and improve self-help skills.
