Early Educators deal with challenging behaviors in young children frequently. This workshop will promote strategies and tools to help prevent challenging behaviors from occurring in the first place. Participants will engage in activities to encourage self-reflection, as well as resources that can be shared with families to promote consistency in the language and techniques used between the home and child care setting.
