Training go over how to "manage" daily routines, "maintaining" the equipment and tools of our trade, "setting up" for success, & fine tuning our skills; while ensuring proper amounts are being purchased and prepared with required portions being served.
Continued training on monthly paperwork and how to completely and accurately complete it, and that emergency menu supplies are always on hand to ensure the success of substitutes who fill in.
