The Role of Personal Culture in Working with Children

Personal culture, our values, attitudes, and beliefs all impact who we are in the lives of young children. This interactive workshop focused on how we engage in meaningful and authentic ways with children and their families. Through discussions, peace games, and communication protocols, revisit your own antibias stance in supporting children and families while examining our perspectives which shape our cultural identity and practice.
