HS education staff will develop a deeper understanding about the difference in culture, ability, age, race, appearance, class, gender and family composition. They will learn how to implement age appropriate activities that reflect these in the classroom. In addition, education staff will learn how to incorporate cultural competencies throughout their learning environments while providing rich home language for all children.
