Best Practice in Developing Contracts

Developing a contract that is clear and complete is essential to building trusting partnerships with parents. In this workshop you will compare and contrast contracts and policies. You will determine what elements are essential in every contract. You will have an opportunity to examine samples and determine what to include in your contract versus your policies so they work for you. And you will evaluate the legal language needed to protect both the you and your clients.
