Essential Leadership Strategies for Adopting the Pyramid Model with Fidelity

This workshop is for program leaders who are interested in implementing the Pyramid Model for Supporting Social Emotional Competence in Infants and Young Children from the Center on the Social and Emotional Foundations for Early Learning (CSEFEL). In this workshop, we will review the evidence-based Pyramid model and provide leadership strategies and tools for implementing the framework and practices. Every participant will have the opportunity to reflect, problem-solve, and commit to individualized action plans.
