Creating a High Performing, Inclusive Organization
What does it mean to be a “high performing, inclusive organization?” Facilitators will explore how NAEYC’s Strategic Priority of Organizational Excellence can be implemented on a program level. We will re-frame the concept of leadership as creating the conditions to “liberate the energy, imagination and momentum needed to create the best beyond measure.” (Margaret Heffernan).
