Strategies for Working with Challenging Behaviors

As early childhood educators and care-givers, you assist children in developing the skills that they need to be successful in life. There is no one simple answer to guiding challenging behaviors. This workshop will give you a variety of tools to use in helping you to understand and guide children's behaviors. Participants will learn ways to anticipate challenges before they happen and how making changes in their own responses can make a difference in children's behavior.
