The ELCELH second session will focus on team building, advocacy, and acting to positively contribute to and improve Oregon's early learning system. Successful team building and advocacy techniques will be explored. Participants will learn of local Hub efforts to support the ECE system and develop plans to implement action projects in collaboration with local team members.
