Introduction to Basic Mindfulness Practices
正念是指充分察覺當下所發生的一切。已有可靠證明顯示練習自我察覺能夠產生各種影響,其中包括減輕有害壓力、促進情緒調節、改善持續注意力、專注力及決策力。本課程的目的是要使服務提供者在課程結束之後,能夠擁有必要的工具使其可以繼續進行正念練習。本課程的教學將會以中文和越南文進行。
Mindfulness is being fully aware in the present moment. The practice of awareness has a variety of well-documented impacts, including a reduction in toxic stress, an increase in emotion regulation, and an improvement in continuous attention, focus and decision-making. The purpose of the course is for providers to have the tools necessary to continue their mindfulness practice after the course completes. This course will be designed to be taught in both Chinese and Vietnamese.
