Learners will gain knowledge in adult learning motivation, needs and desired outcomes. They will identify and understand the distinctives of adult groups engaged in learning within the UMCHS program models , including parents and staff. They will consider the Knowles principles of adult learning and transfer knowledge to personal applications for personal professional development and leadership strengthening.
