In a Montessori classroom environment, children learn to work independently, based on their own initiative, building concentration and self-discipline. In this interactive session, participants will be introduced to the fundamental principles of the Montessori Method. We will also introduce and explore specific Montessori materials from each of the curriculum areas, including: Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Math, Geography, Botany, Zoology and Art.
