Story and Self-Construction
Each of us is a storyteller, narrating our own lives. Storytelling is an essentially human act, one that defines us as individuals and as a species. In Montessori, we not only recognize The Story as the ideal vessal for offering the universe to elementary-aged children, but we also acknowledge that every stage of life, and every level of Montessori practice, is touched by the stories we tell and the stories we hear.
