In this course participants will learn how to implement practice-based coaching through the use of adult learning techniques, online tools and the use of data. Participants will build on their own teaching and coaching experiences; learn how to use the Coaching Companion, a free online tool to support coaching in early childhood settings; and become proficient at using CLASS data to inform coaching practices.
