Do you home visit and/or have contact with families at a daycare or preschool?  Do you ever encounter uncomfortable or tense situations with them?  This workshop is designed to help professionals learn to effectively communicate to adults during difficult or hard situations.  This workshop includes instruction as well as a question and answer session.
