Participants will learn about professionalism in the field of Early childhood Education. They will first hear from a ECE teacher educator about opportunities for professional development which are credit bearing and learn about the profession as a whole. Participants will participate in a panel discussion led by three local childcare leaders in the field who will address topics such as Professionalism in the field, gaining experience through the Oregon Registry and why the learning environment is important for children.
