Nutrition Activity Plan: Engaging Children with Healthy Eating

Nutrition is the basis for a healthy lifestyle, and eating habits are formed early in a child’s development. That’s why it’s so important to encourage healthy eating from a young age. This workshop will introduce research on child nutrition and offer creative ways to engage children with cooking activities and expose them to new snacks and meals. Learn how to get kids excited about nutritious food, and get a few fun ideas for adults, too!
