Guiding Children's Behavior through Observation and Assessment

Participants examine observation and assessment tools for understanding and responding to children's personal, cultural and developmental needs. Different instruments for record keeping and communication among staff, with families and referral specialists will be explored. Strategies will be discussed for protecting privacy in the observation and record keeping.
