Making Discipline Effective in Your Child Care Program

Effective discipline recognizes the reasons kids do what they do and works to change those beliefs, rather than just trying to change behavior. This training will provide information on positive guidance tips and techniques, effective communication and problem solving skills, and will focus on solutions instead of punishment.
