Introduction to Helping Clients Living with Domestic Violence

In this course we will learn what is domestic violenceand how to identify if domestic violence is occurringin a family dynamic. We will learn how to supportvictims of the violence in an empowering manner,answer questions about your role and responsibilityboth morally and legally, and how to provide self-carewhen being a witness/advocate for survivors. Thiscourse covers a basic foundation for helping clients inthe work environment.
